T.R.I.P.
Trip Ready (with) Integration Process
Drugs are fun.
Drugs are also dangerous.
And.. they’re also more powerful than you can imagine (given the right context).
Some drugs can give you an enjoyable high, others allow fleeting disassociation from the hardships of life. They can make social events a little more pleasant, or even send you tumbling down into the psychedelic whirlpool of reality and consciousness. There are drugs for every occasion, and a variety of methods for their ingestion, use, and even accessibility/social perception.
Certain drugs get an unfair rep, targets of decades long propaganda campaigns born of racism, hatred and political/ethical corruption. Cannabis, Psilocybin and even LSD not only being seen in a truly negative light but holding a terrifying legal status, more than capable of uprooting your entire life if found in your position.
Interestingly, other drugs with exponentially more risk of harm are common place. Found in nearly every house, sold in nearly every establishment, and trivialized by the public due to its long history of use. I am of course referring to alcohol, the single most dangerous drug on the planet when all factors are taken into consideration. This isn’t JUST my opinion, either, but empirically backed up by two large multinational studies that examined the comprehensive risks of various substances. Alcohol came first both times, followed closely by crack cocaine and heroin. Kinda makes you think.. (And let’s not forget prescription opioids)
But despite appearances, I’m not actually here to demonize alcohol, after all I do partake on occasion. The point is to remember that each and every substance is unique. They affect us all differently, work through different biological processes and hold different uses and applications. This is where TRIP comes in.
TRIP, or Trip Ready (with) Integration Process is an early developmental prototype of mine meant to help guide you through the experience of substance use.
For the moment, the template is solely designed with psychedelics in mind, and have yet to even split into substance specific guides (something to come in later versions/years). I nevertheless want to share my system, in the hopes that others may make use of them as I have.
The purpose of these systems are simple. Psychedelic experiences can be surprisingly intense, illuminating and potentially volatile. Knowing how to navigate each substance drastically lowers not only the risk of harm, but the loss of potential growth one can go through amidst a psychedelic trip.
I’ve designed this system with two concepts in mind. TR (Trip Ready), meaning it’s a repertory checklist to make sure you understand what’s going to happen, and IP (Integration Process), meaning the tools to best help navigating the experience and its subsequent integration into your life.
And with that out of the way, enough said, here are a few sample images of what it looks like. Keep in mind these are only snippets of a 12 page document, and all of it is subject to change. Make sure to check out the download link if you’re curious for more.
Keep in mind, uploading the files to the cloud may result in minor spacing modifications, breaking the original look and template.

As with all my systems and products, they will be freely available so that all who need them may access them.
That being said, if you find these free systems useful to you, I would ask that you consider supporting what I do for as little as 1$ a month on Patreon. As always, anything is appreciated and it truly does mean more than you know!
Enjoy ;)

This is a broad psychedelic trip guide.
It can be used to not only make sure you’re doing it safely, but also get the most out of it!
